Refund policy

1. General Policy
All payments made to stayFIZ, including rental fees, deposits, and agreement charges, are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by Malaysian law.

2.⁠ ⁠Refund Eligibility
•⁠  ⁠Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:
•⁠  ⁠Overpayment: If a tenant has made duplicate or excess payments.
•⁠  ⁠Service Error: If a payment was charged due to a proven system or administrative error by stayFIZ.
•⁠  ⁠Deposit Refund: Security deposits may be refunded in accordance with the tenancy agreement, provided the tenant has fulfilled all contractual obligations (e.g., notice period, no outstanding bills, property in good condition).

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Situations
    No refunds will be provided for:
•⁠  ⁠Change of mind or early termination of tenancy without proper notice.
•⁠  ⁠Dissatisfaction due to personal preference after the stay has commenced.
•⁠  ⁠Fees related to administrative processing, booking confirmation, or other non-refundable charges clearly stated at the time of payment.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Process
•⁠  ⁠Tenants must comply with the terms of the tenancy agreement and return all keys to stayFIZ upon check-out in order to be eligible for a refund.
•⁠  ⁠Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
