Refund policy
1. General Policy
All payments made to stayFIZ, including rental fees, deposits, and agreement charges, are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by Malaysian law.
2. Refund Eligibility
• Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:
• Overpayment: If a tenant has made duplicate or excess payments.
• Service Error: If a payment was charged due to a proven system or administrative error by stayFIZ.
• Deposit Refund: Security deposits may be refunded in accordance with the tenancy agreement, provided the tenant has fulfilled all contractual obligations (e.g., notice period, no outstanding bills, property in good condition).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided for:
• Change of mind or early termination of tenancy without proper notice.
• Dissatisfaction due to personal preference after the stay has commenced.
• Fees related to administrative processing, booking confirmation, or other non-refundable charges clearly stated at the time of payment.
4. Refund Process
• Tenants must comply with the terms of the tenancy agreement and return all keys to stayFIZ upon check-out in order to be eligible for a refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
